RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

1. Return Period
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. Requests after this period will not be processed.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the goods must meet the following requirements:
The goods should be in unused condition, including the original packaging and all accessories and instructions.
The goods should be in good condition, without visibly damaged or worn.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice, should be returned with the package.

3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please provide your order number and reason for return by email (tanner@zaiwana.com) or by calling our customer service hotline (838) 380-3329.

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please include this number when returning the package.

Packaging Return: Pack the returned item and all original packaging materials neatly and clearly mark with the RMA number.

Choose Shipping Method: Please use a trackable shipping service to return the item to our designated address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing
We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be processed via the original payment method and will typically be completed within 5-10 business days.

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. After submitting a return request, you can purchase the replacement item you need once you receive your refund.

6. Special Circumstances
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving it. We will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund.

Promotional or Sale Items: All promotional or sale items are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
